Sealcoating is primarily an asphalt-maintenance service; it is not the same as sealing concrete. Before pricing, the surface type must be confirmed so the proposed product is compatible. Can asphalt sealcoat be applied to concrete?
Asphalt sealcoat is not a concrete coating. Concrete requires a compatible concrete sealer or coating selected for that surface and use.
Will sealcoating fill cracks and level low areas?
No. Sealcoat is a surface treatment, not a structural repair or leveling material. Crack repair, pothole work, and failed-area replacement should be identified separately.
